Shipping policy

Freight Delivery

Pool tables and other large game room pieces ship free by professional freight to addresses in the contiguous USA (the lower 48 states). We don't ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Delivery is to your garage or any location accessible by pallet jack. Shipping is free on every order of $50 or more within the contiguous USA; orders under $50 pay the UPS shipping rate shown at checkout. PoolTableMD arranges delivery through independent logistics partners, and scheduling depends on your availability along with site access and readiness.

If your order includes items from different manufacturers, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll get a tracking email for each shipment.

A responsible adult needs to be on hand at delivery to check over the shipment and sign for it. Inspect everything as it arrives: note any visible damage directly on the delivery receipt and take photos. If nothing looks damaged on the outside, write "possible concealed damage" before signing anyway. Signing without any notation means you're accepting the shipment as-is, which can limit or block a future damage claim.

Access, Logistics & Additional Charges

Every delivery is evaluated for site-specific conditions, and extra fees can apply depending on how difficult access or installation turns out to be. Examples include staircases, long carry distances, narrow entryways, elevators, cranes or lifts, deliveries to rural areas, restricted-access sites, rescheduled appointments, storage needs, or any added labor or equipment needed to finish the job. You're responsible for covering these access and logistics costs no matter when they come up: before, during, or after delivery. If PoolTableMD is billed extra by a carrier, installer, or logistics partner, that cost is passed on to you and due immediately. It isn't refundable, even if the order is later returned, canceled, or refused.

Local Pickup

Pre-purchased items can be picked up by appointment, Monday through Saturday, at our Miami, FL location. We'll contact you to schedule a pickup time once your order is ready.

Every item that needs installing asks you to choose Professional installation ($695 flat) or No installation ($0) before it goes in your cart. See our Shipping, Installation & Returns page for full installation and warranty details.
