Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, including after payment, and will refund any amount charged for an order we decline. Every order acknowledges our Shipping, Installation & Returns terms, which you agree to at checkout.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Products ship from manufacturers and availability can change at any time. If an item becomes unavailable or a price or description was listed in error, we will contact you before shipping and you may choose an alternative or receive a full refund.

Product Information

We work to show products accurately, but colors, wood grain, and finishes vary with screens and natural materials, and manufacturers may update specifications. Dimensions are approximate; please confirm your room size before ordering.

Payment

You agree to provide current, complete payment and billing information. Sales tax is charged where required. Installation charges are itemized separately.

Warranties

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty, where provided. Our professional installation is warrantied for 1 year as described on our Shipping, Installation & Returns page. Except as stated, products and services are provided without other warranties to the extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PoolTableMD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service involved.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
